Fable: Lucy is an American studying in Taipei, Taiwan and is deceived into working as a sedate donkey by her new boyfriend Richard for a South Korean's drug ruler. Lucy conveys a briefcase to Mr. Jang containing four parcels of CPH4, a profoundly profitable engineered medicate.
