Fable: Michael Bryce has a comfortable existence as a successful private bodyguard stationed in the UK—that is, until Takashi Kurosawa, a prominent international arms dealer, is killed under his supervision. Two years later, the once-glorious Bryce continues to exist by defending drug-dependent business leaders in London. Vladislav Dukhovich, the cruel dictator of Belarus, is currently on trial before the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity. The prosecution's final chance comes from convicted hitman Darius Kincaid, who promises to testify against Dukhovich in return for the release of his wife Sonia from prison. The prosecution has been unable to get credible evidence or testimony against Dukhovich. An armed convoy is accompanying Kincaid from the UK to the International Criminal Court in The Hague under the command of Interpol Agent Roussel. Continued...
